Project Name: Bridgewater State College

“Dear Jim:

The Shea Durgin project is in its last stages of administrative wrap-up, and I want to tell you that the College and the MSCBA are very pleased with the end results. We have received complimentary letters from both, and wanted to pass along those positive comments. The project, while not an easy one, went well, and this was due to the efforts of your people both in the office and in the field, because the plumbing was such a major portion of the renovation work.

Jim Pittman, your man in the field, was excellent to work with, and he certainly was key to the success of the project. He was always pleasant and professional. Heather Fortunato was also very helpful, and she, Mike McQuiston and others in your shop worked hard in ways I was aware of to make sure the project was done on schedule. Please extend my thanks and good wishes to them, and I hope to work with them in the future.

Everyone was quite impressed with the pre-fabricated piping assemblies. This certainly was essential with the limited time we had to construct the renovation. Again, thanks to all who worked hard to facilitate the production of those assemblies.

Again, thanks, Jim, for all the hard work. It was nice to work with Grasseschi Plumbing and Heating again, after all these years.”

Project: Massachusetts State Police Barracks

“Gentlemen:

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the professionalism and hard work being exhibited by Mr. Joseph Reilly at the Massachusetts State Police Barracks in Millbury.

It has been a pleasure to observe the high level of journeyman ship as well as the responsibility associated with good coordination of Grasseschi Plumbing and Heating with the other trades.

We anticipate that the remainder of your work will be installed with the same high standards of quality.

Thank you for your work well done.”

Project: New Plymouth Trial Court

Dear Mr. James Grasseschi,

I am writing this letter to extend my appreciation to your employee Mr. Ernie P. Collette for the outstanding job he has done as your foreman while working on this New Trial Court Building in Plymouth. This has been a very difficult project for everyone because of the tight scheduling and coordination; he has always been a gentleman, courteous and polite.

As an employee of the Commonwealth for many years, I have been involved in numerous conventional bid projects and understand the challenges involved in major concept changes that the New Construction Reform Act has made. Because of contractors like you however, and adapting to these contract changes, the public will enjoy this beautiful building you helped construct for many years to come.

Once again thanks to Grasseschi Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and Ernie Collette for a job well done!

-         Mr. Allan Butz @ DCAM
